Terms and Conditions – Individual Lessons

Welcome to Hopcraft Music!

Thank you for choosing our music school. The following terms and conditions help ensure a safe, consistent and organised learning environment for all students and families.

1. Lesson Fees

• Lessons are $40 per weekly 30-minute session.

• Fees are payable for the full school term, regardless of attendance.

• Payments are due weekly on the day of the student’s lesson.

• Please do not pay for lessons in advance.

• A $20 per student administration fee applies each term. This fee contributes to administrative costs, resources and lesson planning.

2. Arrival & Collection

• Students must be dropped off and collected on time.

• Lessons run back-to-back, and it is important that students arrive and leave on time to ensure every student receives their full 30-minute session.

• I am unable to supervise students who arrive early or remain after their lesson, as I will be teaching other students.

3. Safety & Permission

• For safety and professional purposes, a small security camera records each lesson.

• A permission form must be completed online prior to commencing lessons.

• Enrolment in lessons indicates agreement with these terms and conditions.
